Affiliate Marketing Networking Events To Take Your Niche Site To The Next Level

2003 might be the year of AI but in my
humble opinion human connection has
never been more important and so for me
2023 is all about getting from behind
the desk and with Worldwide code
restrictions pretty much over I'm going
to be making the most of it by getting
to as many SEO conferences as possible
last year in addition to meeting lots of
amazing SEO and Niche site folk I also
traveled to two SEO or affiliate
conferences one of which was the
affiliate World Asia in Bangkok and the
other one was the affiliate gathering in
York now in 2023 I'm planning on
visiting a couple more conferences which
I'm telling you about in this video and
I've also got a special announcement at
the end of this video so make sure you
stick around until the end I'll be the
first to tell you that building Niche
sites and working on solo SEO projects
can be a pretty lonely existence social
media plugs the gap for the most part
and gives us some really good learning
opportunities but in my experience at
least you gained so much more from
speaking to other Niche site owners at
these events the talks themselves are
good but for me the real value really is
in the conversations being had out of
hours this year I'm planning to attend
two events in the UK and I might even
try and squeeze in an overseas trip too
first up is search Birmingham hosted by
Charles float and he has one of the most
exciting lineups that I've seen of any
SEO conference being hosted here in the
UK such Birmingham is happening in July
and it is going to be the best event
purely because it is being hosted in my
home City but I have absolutely nothing
to do with it I have met the founder
Charles float he's very well known in
the SEO community over there so it's
really nice to see this lineup coming
over to the UK and we've actually got a
really decent lineup of speakers here
the likes of which you don't usually see
at UK conferences and I'm not sure if
I'm allowed to say this but I do already
know who the secret speaker is and I
think people will be pretty excited
about that one too but what I think is
really interesting about this particular
conferences there's a lot of opportunity
for masterminds meetups networking so
there are two different types of tickets
there's a VIP ticket and a standard
ticket I've gone for the VIP purely
because I'm all over the networking
opportunities here and then the after
party in Birmingham I'm sure is going to
be fantastic secondly I'll be attending
the affiliate gathering in York hosted
by Carl Broadbent and if it's anything
like last year it will be full of Niche
site owners of all differing levels
right from beginners all the way up to
six figure earners you can see you can
see this here there's a really good
lineup of speakers and but again for me
the real value at the affiliate
Gathering is in the networking
opportunities and Carl has actually put
in some extra dedicated networking
opportunities which I think is a great
idea so when we look at the running for
the day we can see we've got main stage
speakers we've got workshops then we
have these networking time slots that
have a focus for the topic that is being
discussed so if you've got something
specific that you want to go in and talk
about like backlinks or AI for example
then that's a really good opportunity
for you to go in and do that and again
I'll leave the link in there for you to

us having these discussions and you do
learn you do learn a lot more people I
found people are a lot more open and
willing to share when you see them in
the flesh than they are when you're
talking to them on social media or even
in YouTube videos like this and finally

own small gathering here in Birmingham
in the second half of 2023 it really is
nothing on the scale of the events that
we've discussed in this video it very
much will be a networking opportunity
for anyone working in SEO but more so
people that are working on their own
Niche sites or looking to get involved
