Hello to our valued Post Affiliate Pro family, as we breeze through February, we’re excited to share with you the latest enhancements, new features, and crucial fixes we’ve rolled out. Our commitment to providing a top-tier affiliate marketing platform continues with this month’s updates, designed to bolster your user experience and security. Let’s dive into what we’ve been working on!
XSS vulnerability patched
We’ve addressed and patched a potential XSS vulnerability in the user’s profile, fortifying the security of our platform to ensure your data and operations remain secure against such threats.
Added user variables to redirect URL after signup
Fulfilling a requested feature, we now allow the insertion of user profile variables to the after-signup redirect URL. This new functionality ensures a more flexible and personalized process for your affiliates after they sign up for your affiliate program.
Improved email notification screen for affiliates
In our ongoing efforts to enhance user experience, we’ve updated the email notifications screen in the affiliate panel to automatically hide inactive or disabled email notification options. This declutters the interface, making it easier for affiliates to manage their preferences.
Fixed HTML banner creation with JavaScript
We’ve resolved an issue that previously made it impossible to create an HTML banner containing JavaScript. With this fix, you can now incorporate JavaScript into your HTML banners for more dynamic and interactive affiliate marketing content.
Fixed Performance Rewards grid
We’ve fixed a bug causing incorrect information to be displayed on the Performance Rewards tab in the campaign editor. This fix ensures that the correct columns and values are shown every time.
Samcart integration enhancement
For those utilizing Samcart, we’ve introduced an update that correctly deducts shipping costs from the total cost in recurring payments. This adjustment provides a more accurate representation of recurring transaction value for affiliates and merchants.
Fixed Recurly Plugin upsell logic
We’ve corrected an issue in the Recurly plugin, where upsell logic was incorrectly applied to duplicate orders causing unexpected problems with plugin tracking logic.
As February wraps up, we want to thank you for your ongoing engagement and feedback. These updates and fixes are a testament to our commitment to continual improvement and excellence in providing a reliable, secure, and user-friendly affiliate marketing platform.
Stay tuned for more updates. Your success is what motivates us to keep pushing the boundaries of what our software can do. Here’s to a productive and successful month ahead!
