1. Application callbacks: next-gen sale tracking
Our all-new Application Callbacks feature is a powerful evolution of the former Affiliate Sale Tracking Codes. Now, you can define custom callbacks for events like new sales, leads, or affiliate signups, making it easier to connect Post Affiliate Pro with your other systems and automate your workflows.
Where to find it:
To set up or manage your callbacks:
- Head to the Configuration screen⚙️in your Post Affiliate Pro merchant panel, where you’ll find a new Callbacks screen with a streamlined UI to add new callback URLs.

- Select triggering events, and customize their behavior.

2. Smart filter headers for advanced searches
We’ve enhanced our advanced search filters. Now, when you minimize the filter section, any selected filters are clearly shown in the filter header. No more guessing what’s filtering your data!
Where to find it:
Try any grid with an advanced search (e.g., Affiliates or Commissions section):
- Use “Advanced Search” and add your filters.

- Click the “Advanced Search” to minimize filters.

- Your active filters will stay visible in the filters header for quick reference.
3. Option to disable local timezones for users
In response to customer requests, we’ve added an option to display all date and time values in the server’s local timezone rather than adjust them to each user’s local time. This means every merchant team member or affiliate will reference the same exact time values, no matter where they are.
How to enable:
- Go to Configuration ⚙️ > Languages and Regional settings🌐 > Time Zone settings tab, and find the new setting: “Disable users’ local timezones”.

- Toggle this on if you want unified timing across your affiliate program.
4. Plugin & feature configurations now in-page
Configuring your plugins and features just got more intuitive. We’ve moved away from pop-ups. Now, all plugin and feature settings are handled in a full in-page form, making it easier to review and adjust options without losing context.
Where to use:
To set up to disable local timezones for users
- When you go to Configuration⚙️ > Plugins (or Features)

- Click “Configure” on any plugin

- The settings will load as a sleek in-page form.

5. Multiple grid row selection (Shift+click)
Managing your affiliate program data is now even faster. You can select multiple rows at once in any grid using shift+click, just like in your favorite spreadsheet apps. This is perfect for performing bulk actions quickly.
How to use:
- Simply select the first row, hold Shift ⇧, and click the last row you want to select. All rows in between will be highlighted.

6. New integration: Customer.io
Post Affiliate Pro now comes with built-in support for Customer.io. A leading platform for customer communications and automation. The new plugin allows you to add new affiliates as customers to your CustomerIO account automatically.
Where to set up:
- Head to Configuration⚙️ > Plugins

- Activate the “Customer.IO user synchronization” plugin, and follow the steps to connect your Customer.io account and map the user data fields.
