enable you to scale more quickly one of
the easiest ways to do this is to hire
writers but there are some common
objections to doing this so let's take a

more than six months and select expert
the lowest you would ever go here is
intermediate but I would definitely
advise you to go with expert to begin
with particularly budget allows select
your countries if it's for an English
language site then I'd suggest using
English-speaking countries such as the
UK Canada US Australia I usually go for
a project budget that I'm comfortable
with for the test article the
description is probably the second most
important section describe the type of
work and put plenty of emphasis on the

good fit for each other do not disclose

to shortlist four or five of these

them before you make the hire and if
they haven't sent you a sample request
one at this stage also at this point you
want to discuss rates and if all sounds
good make the higher when making the
higher give them the brief and then it's
a case of seeing what comes back if you

that I started seven days ago I
shortlisted five applicants I reached
out to four of them and hired them one
of them has already voluntarily dropped

they can't live up to the expectations
that I was asking for absolutely no
problem so we're already down to a 75
success rate however I have already had
one piece back and the content quality
was fantastic here now she's expensive
at 16 cents per word but we negotiated a
rate of 12 cents per word which is still
really the top end of my budget but
obviously much more affordable than 16
cents per word and that's on the basis
of a certain word count per month
fantastic so we've already got a minimum
of a 25 success rate hopefully that
becomes a long-term project we've
already taken the relationship outside
of upwork and we'll see how that goes
and I've still got two more writers to
submit their work now typically I find
that I get about a 50 success rate
overall when using this method which I
think is pretty decent but if you can't
be bothered to go through all of that
process and you just want it done for
