Mass Payments
Post Affiliate Pro optimizes manual work flow in applications. Extended functionality allows you to define unlimited number of payment methods.
A mass affiliate payout pays multiple affiliates in a coordinated batch based on eligible commission balances. The process can prepare an export or use a supported payment integration. Recording commissions as paid inside a tracker is distinct from transferring funds through a payment provider.

A batch starts with eligible balances rather than every tracked commission. Apply approval status, holding periods, reversals, minimum thresholds, and required recipient information. Preserve enough detail to reconcile the batch with the commission ledger.
| Step | What it establishes |
|---|---|
| Export prepared | Amounts and recipients are assembled |
| Payment request accepted | The provider accepted the submitted request |
| Individual payment completed | A specific transfer reached the provider’s completed state |
| Ledger reconciled | The recorded commission payment matches the confirmed outcome |
Three affiliates have approved payable balances of $100, $80, and $40. With a $50 minimum threshold, the first two enter a $180 batch and the third carries $40 forward. If the $80 payment fails, the merchant should not blindly resubmit the whole batch and risk paying the first recipient twice.
Keep the completed $100 reference, resolve the failed recipient’s issue, and retry only the amount that remains unpaid through a supported process.
Confirm the actual provider’s country support, recipient requirements, fees, and conversion rules. Record the source balance and transferred amount where conversion applies. Finance and affiliate reporting should use compatible definitions so fees or exchange differences are not mistaken for missing commission.
Review batch totals, limit who can submit payments, preserve provider references, and record partial failures. Automated payouts still need exception handling and reconciliation. Avoid claiming a payment method is supported by a platform without checking the current integration.
Start with approved balances after holds, reversals, minimum thresholds, and required payout details. Group recipients by supported currency and method, then review the totals before submitting the batch. Global payouts also require checking country availability, fees, and recipient requirements.
Preserve a batch identifier and each recipient’s payment reference. A provider can accept a batch while individual transfers remain pending or fail. Reconcile those outcomes before marking all recipients as paid; retry only failed items with duplicate-payment safeguards.
PayPal and other payment providers have their own supported payout products and rules. The affiliate platform’s export or integration must match the service actually used. An automated schedule reduces manual work, but it does not remove eligibility checks or the need to reconcile the commission ledger with transferred funds.
