How to Add or Remove Available Countries in the Affiliate Signup Form

By default, Post Affiliate Pro displays all countries in the “Country” dropdown on the affiliate signup form. However, you might want to limit the available country options to match your business requirements. Here’s how you can customize the country list:

Steps to Enable or Disable Countries

1. Navigate to Fields Configuration

   • Go to Configuration → Affiliate signup → Fields in your Post Affiliate Pro merchant panel.

2. Edit the Country Field

   • Find the “Country” field and click the pencil icon next to it (the “List of countries” field type).

3. Select or Deselect Countries

   • In the list that appears, countries are ordered alphabetically.
   • To add a country to the signup form, check its box.
   • To remove a country, uncheck its box.

4. Save Your Changes

   • After checking or unchecking countries, a “Save modified rows” button will appear at the top of the country list.
   • Click “Save modified rows” to confirm your selections.
   • Then, click “Save” on the Fields configuration screen to apply all changes.

5. Refresh the Signup Form

   • If you had the signup form open in another browser tab, reload the tab to see the updated country list.

Important Notes

• The list of countries is always displayed in alphabetical order and cannot be manually reordered.
• All countries are enabled by default. You only need to make changes if you want to restrict or customize the list.
• If a country you need is missing from the list (for example, a newly established country), contact Post Affiliate Pro support to request its addition.

Troubleshooting Changes to the Country List

If changes to the country list do not appear on your signup form:

• Double-check that you clicked both “Save modified rows” and “Save” on the Fields screen.
• Try reloading or clearing the cache on your signup page.
• Ensure you are editing the correct signup form if you have multiple forms configured.
