Read on to learn about everything we’ve added and refined in Q3 2025:
Introducing the Summer Theme: Fresh, modern, and blue
Give your merchant panels, affiliate panels, and mini-sites a makeover with our contemporary new Summer Theme! Designed with a modern look and the official Post Affiliate Pro blue color scheme, this theme refreshes your workspace with aesthetics that reflect our drive for innovation and excellence.

Image size optimization: Faster loads, slicker experience
To make your Post Affiliate Pro panels even more responsive, we have converted all affiliate photos and campaign logos to the advanced WebP image format. This means images load faster and require less bandwidth without sacrificing quality. Newly uploaded banner images are now also automatically converted to WebP, ensuring consistency and efficiency going forward. We’re also planning to convert all existing old banner images to WebP in the near future.

Smarter reporting: “This Month” default filter
Say goodbye to slow-loading reports filled with irrelevant data. Our default filter for reports now intelligently selects “This Month” instead of “All,” drastically improving loading speed and helping you focus on what matters most—the latest insights. You can still adjust the filter as you need, but your everyday reporting will be faster than ever.
Sticky headers for effortless data review
Navigating data-heavy screens is now a breeze, thanks to sticky grid headers. As you scroll through grids, the headers will remain visible at the top, keeping important context at your fingertips for quicker decision-making.
QR code enhancements: Personalized & effective
We’ve taken QR codes to the next level! Each QR code for link banners can now include a campaign logo, adding a layer of personalization and brand consistency for your affiliates. Plus, affiliates can generate unique QR codes for their subaffiliate signup links directly in the Affiliate panel, perfect for sharing recruitment opportunities offline or through mobile channels.

Improved click tracking accuracy: Reliability you can count on
We’re committed to precise metrics. This quarter, we expanded bot and crawler protection. The system now effectively blocks bots, even those with custom user agents in server-to-server tracking scenarios. We also resolved an issue where Facebook’s content crawlers were mistakenly recorded as real affiliate clicks, ensuring your statistics remain accurate. Additionally, Facebook prefetch requests are now also automatically ignored to prevent inflated or false click data.
Tracking plugin improvements: Next-level integrations
We’ve enriched our plugin ecosystem for even better connectivity and data accuracy:
- Mailjet - Seamlessly synchronize affiliates with Mailjet users via our all-new integration plugin.
- Stripe - We’ve made several improvements for the latest Stripe API:
- Adapted to changes (charge object without invoice ID, subscription object defaults, and ID processing adjustments).
- Enhanced refund capabilities and error messaging to address missing invoice details.
- Promo code tracking has been fine-tuned to properly record exact promo codes rather than coupon IDs, especially where multiple codes exist.
- Discounts are now properly matched between invoices and subscriptions to avoid discrepancies.
- ECWID - Order tracking now loads comprehensive customer information (ID, email, billing, and shipping info) for seamless post-order workflows.
- ccBill - Our plugin now captures detailed product information from webhooks using custom variables, supporting richer data and improved reporting.
Looking ahead, we’re excited to announce that in the upcoming weeks, we plan to migrate all accounts from our Linode data centers to an AWS-powered infrastructure. This transition will bring even greater reliability, scalability, and performance to every customer.
Stay tuned for more updates in the next quarter, and as always, don’t hesitate to share your ideas with us—we’re here for you!
