From Slovakia to Central Europe

Dognet Affiliate Network is originally a Slovak affiliate network that has provided affiliate marketing services in Central Europe and the Balkans since 2013. Today, Dognet manages more than 1,000 affiliate campaigns across over 10 European markets, boasting a roster of 6,000+ active partners.

They handle campaigns for massive household brands like Decathlon, Lidl, Gymbeam, Disney+ and Möbelix. While their primary focus today is heavily rooted in e-commerce, Dognet’s early days featured a diverse mix of CPL (Cost Per Lead) and CPS (Cost Per Sale) campaigns, particularly in the finance sector. To handle this dynamic growth, they needed a platform they could trust from day one.

Starting with a blank slate

When the Dognet team first launched their network, their immediate priority was finding a platform they could trust to handle their ambitious goals from day one. They needed a system ready to support a multi-region, multi-currency operation right out of the gate.

Because they were running a diverse mix of campaigns, including their early focus on finance offers, flexibility was just as important as reliability. The ultimate goal was to secure a tracking solution that met their immediate needs while giving them the freedom to build their own unique internal processes on top of it.

After evaluating the market, Dognet chose Post Affiliate Network (PAN). It provided the exact infrastructure required to launch a regional network with confidence.

Over the years, several core features became vital to Dognet’s daily operations:

They took the base system and, over time, adapted it to fit their unique procedural needs perfectly.

A decade of reliability

The ultimate test of any software is time, and Post Affiliate Network has passed that test for Dognet. For over ten years, the platform has been a stable, “proven over the years” engine for their business.

The Dognet team highlights that they have never experienced any significant issues with the platform. When custom solutions were needed, the immediate support from the PAN team was always there to keep operations running smoothly. It provided the exact stability required to scale from zero to thousands of partners.

Evolving with the enterprise

As Dognet has matured, its business model has shifted. Today, they are a massive, highly specialized pure e-commerce network. Because Post Affiliate Network is designed to handle a wide variety of affiliate models (not just e-commerce), Dognet has reached a scale where they are beginning to transition toward a proprietary, custom-built solution tailored exclusively to their hyper-specific e-commerce workflow. However, moving to a custom build doesn’t mean completely severing ties with the platform that helped them grow.

We have been using Post Affiliate Network for a long time and were not looking for another solution. Although we will be transitioning to a different business model and service, we are counting on Post Affiliate Network as part of our ecosystem for years to come.
